Antoni and Wojciech both kicked off their first businesses when they were just 15. Looking back, we see how valuable that experience was. In 2022, we launched our first foundation with a mission to inspire and encourage high school students to start their own projects. Our work got us a spot on Forbes’ ‘25 under 25’ list, which was a huge honour.

As we kept pushing forward with new ventures, making many mistakes along the way, we realized how much we needed a mentor. But finding experienced entrepreneurs and businesspeople willing to guide young people like us wasn’t easy. That’s when we got introduced to Tomek Karwartka. He quickly became our mentor and teamed up with us to cofound Mentoring Dots.

Tomasz Karwatka is an entrepreneur and investor. His mission is to support Polish entrepreneurs in building global organizations.

He was involved in global successful startups like: Vue Storefront (YC-backed, 40m USD A round, co-founder), Eleven Labs (unicorn status in 2 years, one of the first investors), and more. Previously he built and sold two companies in the software space.

He is also a co-founder of the global NGO Tech To The Rescue and the biggest polish community od the SaaS Founders - Product dots.

Antek & Wojciech

While running our ventures, we knew that to keep growing, we needed the support of more experienced people in our field. We started looking for a mentor, but outreach did not work at all. Finally, after getting personally introduced to our current mentor and Mentoring Dots cofounder Tomasz Karwatka, we realised that this was the only way to find a proper mentor. Now we want to support others by giving them access to our network of mentors.

“I started working very early and was fortunate to have supervisors who shared their knowledge with me multiple times. These people helped shape my proper habits and attitudes. At the same time, the vast majority of people are not as lucky to start so early and find such good mentors. I decided to accept the invitation to join Mentoring Dots to give others the chance that I received.“

“Why did I decide to support Mentoring Dots? In high school, I rebelled against everything and was extremely lost. I was searching for myself. I didn't yet know what I wanted and had no one to guide me. I believe that having a mentor at an early stage in life is invaluable and can significantly accelerate finding one's path, making decisions, and writing one's own saga.“

Worked in every industry since he was 16 years old, from gardening to consulting. He left banking to establish the first international cooking school in Poland. His own business, built on passion, and the series of inspiring people he met along the way, led him to become an investor and to found the foodtech.ac startup accelerator, followed by the impact-focused fund ac/vc.

I joined Mentoring Dots because I believe that practical education, bold testing of different business models and professions help us discover what excites us. We become happy when we live in
balance between our skills and our life mission. By getting to know ourselves, working with wise mentors, and exchanging experiences, we can realize our potential.
